Is Ordelis free to use?
Yes. Joining Ordelis and withdrawing confirmed cashback is free. We never ask you to pay to unlock cashback.
How does Ordelis make money?
Partner stores pay Ordelis a commission, usually through affiliate networks, when someone buys after clicking an Ordelis link. We share part of that commission with you as cashback.
How long until my cashback is confirmed?
Stores confirm orders only after their return or cancellation window ends and they have checked the order. This usually takes 30 to 90 days, depending on the store.
Why might cashback be rejected?
The common reasons are a returned, cancelled or exchanged order, a coupon the store did not authorise, items excluded from the offer, or the purchase not being tracked because the visit did not start from an Ordelis link.
How do I receive my cashback?
Once your confirmed balance reaches ₹100, you can request a payout to your UPI ID or Indian bank account. We process requests within 7 working days.
Is any amount of cashback guaranteed?
No. Cashback depends on the store tracking and approving your order. We show each offer’s rate and conditions before you shop and explain every status so you always know where you stand.
