Refund & Cancellation Policy

How refunds, cancellations and account closure work at Ordelis.

Summary

Ordelis is free to use. We do not sell products, take payments for stores, or charge you any fees, so there is nothing for Ordelis to refund. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations of store purchases affect your cashback, how to cancel your Ordelis account, and what happens if a payout goes wrong.

Refunds and cancellations of store purchases

  • When you buy through an Ordelis link, you buy directly from the store. Refunds, returns, cancellations, exchanges and delivery issues are handled by the store under its own policies. Please contact the store directly.
  • If an order is cancelled, returned or exchanged, the store usually withdraws the commission, and the related cashback becomes Rejected or is reduced.
  • If you cancel only part of an order, cashback is adjusted to the part you keep.

Cancelling your Ordelis account

You can close your account at any time by emailing support@ordelis.in from the email address linked to your account, with “Close my account” in the subject. We will close it within 7 working days of your request.

  • Before closing, we pay out your full Confirmed balance to your registered UPI ID or bank account, even if it is below the usual ₹100 minimum.
  • Pending cashback cannot be paid after an account is closed. If you have Pending cashback, you may prefer to wait until it is Confirmed.
  • After closure, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except records we must keep by law (see the Privacy Policy).

Payout errors

  • Our mistake: if we pay less than your Confirmed amount, or a payout fails because of an error on our side, tell us and we will correct it within 7 working days.
  • Incorrect details: if a payout is sent to the UPI ID or bank account you entered and those details were wrong, we will help you request a reversal through the bank, but we cannot guarantee the money will be recovered.
  • Overpayment: if we pay more than you were due, we may ask you to return the difference or deduct it from future cashback.

Unsubscribing from messages

You can stop promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in any email, and stop any SMS or WhatsApp updates by replying STOP. We will still send essential messages about your account and payouts while your account is open.
