About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of ordelis.in and the Ordelis cashback service (“Ordelis”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or creating an Ordelis account, you agree to these Terms, our Cashback Policy, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Ordelis.

Who can use Ordelis

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
Ordelis is intended for shoppers in India. Payouts can be made only to a UPI ID or Indian bank account in your own name.
Each person may hold only one Ordelis account.

Your account

You agree to give accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away at support@ordelis.in if you think someone else has used it.

How cashback works

Partner stores pay Ordelis a commission, directly or through affiliate networks, for purchases made after a visit that starts from an Ordelis link. We share part of that commission with you as cashback.

Cashback is credited only when a store tracks your purchase, confirms it, and pays or commits the commission to us.
Cashback is not guaranteed. Stores decide whether a purchase qualifies, and tracking can fail for reasons outside our control.
Cashback has no cash value until it is Confirmed and paid out under the Cashback Policy.

Offers and partner stores

Stores are independent businesses. Your purchase is a contract between you and the store; Ordelis is not the seller and is not a party to it.
Product quality, pricing, delivery, returns, refunds and warranties are the store’s responsibility.
Stores can change or end offers, rates and exclusions at any time, sometimes without notice to us. We update offers as quickly as we can.
If a rate was shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we may credit the correct rate and will explain why.

Payouts

You can request a payout once your Confirmed balance reaches ₹100. Payouts are processed within 7 working days of your request.
You are responsible for giving correct payout details. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens if a payout goes wrong.
We may ask you to verify your identity or payout account before paying, to prevent fraud.
Where the law requires us to deduct or report tax, we will do so.

What you must not do

You must not:

create fake, test or self-referred orders, or orders you intend to cancel or return to earn cashback;
open more than one account, or use another person’s account or payout details;
use bots, scripts, browser extensions or other tools to generate clicks or manipulate tracking;
post Ordelis links on coupon, cashback or comparison sites, or in paid ads, without our written permission;
use coupons, payment methods or bulk purchasing that an offer excludes, to claim cashback;
impersonate Ordelis, or use the Ordelis name or logo to contact other people; or
break any law or interfere with the website’s security or operation.

Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account, and withhold or cancel cashback linked to the activity, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken or the account is being used for fraud. Where appropriate, we will tell you the reason and give you a chance to respond. You may close your account at any time, as explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Intellectual property

The Ordelis name, logo, website design and content belong to Ordelis. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission. Store names and trademarks mentioned on Ordelis belong to their owners and are used only to identify their offers.

Disclaimers

We work to keep Ordelis accurate and available, but the website and service are provided “as is”. We do not promise that the website will always be available or error-free, that every purchase will track, or that you will earn any particular amount.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ordelis is not responsible for the acts or omissions of stores or affiliate networks, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you in connection with Ordelis is limited to the Confirmed cashback owed to you that has not been paid. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Indemnity

If you break these Terms or the law while using Ordelis, you agree to compensate Ordelis for reasonable losses and costs that result.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, notify account holders by email before they take effect. Continuing to use Ordelis after that means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@ordelis.in so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be resolved this way will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
